Prof. Harsha G K

B.A., M.A.

Prof. HARSHA G K is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Studies and Research in English, holding B.A., M.A. in English, and currently pursuing Ph.D. He has 2 years of teaching experience and specializes in Literature and Cultural Studies, English Language Teaching (ELT), Technical Writing, Effective Communication, and Student Mentorship. He has worked as an English Subject Tutor at KSOU, Mysore, and served in multiple institutional roles such as BBA Class Teacher, Sports In-charge, Library Maintenance Assistant, NSS Coordinator, and Commerce Club Coordinator (2025). He has participated in several certifications, FDPs, and MDPs, and has been actively involved in academic and extracurricular development activities.

Prof. Shridhara A

M.Com

Shridhara A holds a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree and is qualified in both UGC-NET and K-SET, demonstrating strong academic excellence in the field of commerce. With 5+ years of teaching experience, he is currently serving as an Assistant Professor and the Head of the Department of Commerce. His areas of specialization include Accounts and Finance, where he brings in-depth subject knowledge and practical understanding to the classroom. Over the years, he has handled responsibilities such as classroom instruction, lesson planning, student mentoring, academic assessment, and departmental support. He is committed to creating an engaging learning environment, helping students achieve conceptual clarity, and guiding them toward academic and professional success. His leadership as HOD reflects his dedication to academic quality and student development.

M.A., B.Ed

Rajesha V holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) and B.Ed degree and has 4 years of teaching experience. He is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Kannada, where he is dedicated to promoting the language, culture, and literature among students. He is actively involved in classroom teaching, guiding learners, preparing lesson plans, and creating an engaging learning environment. His focus is on helping students develop strong language skills and a deeper appreciation for Kannada literature.

Uma K. holds an M.Com, B.Ed, and has qualified K-SET, reflecting strong academic and professional competence in commerce and management. She has 4 years of teaching experience and is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce and Management. She is trained in employability skills, enabling her to guide students in communication, professional readiness, and career development. Her teaching focuses on conceptual clarity, practical understanding, and preparing students for both academics and workplace requirements.

Usha Rani J holds a B.Com and MBA. She is a fresher entering the academic field and is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce and Management. With strong academic background and interest in teaching, she is committed to supporting student learning, building foundational concepts, and contributing positively to departmental activities. Her aim is to create a motivating and student-friendly learning environment.

Madhushree T. M. holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with a specialization in Software Engineering. She is a fresher beginning her academic career and is currently working as an Assistant Professor. With strong technical knowledge and passion for teaching, she aims to help students develop core computing skills, understand software concepts clearly, and gain confidence in practical applications. She is committed to providing a supportive and interactive learning environment.

Prof. Amrutha K. P.

BCA, MCA

Amrutha K. P. holds a BCA and MCA with a specialization in Cyber Security, and she is also a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). She has 2 years of teaching experience and is currently working as an Assistant Professor. With strong technical expertise in cyber security, she focuses on helping students understand modern security concepts, ethical hacking practices, and safe digital behaviour. Her approach combines practical knowledge with hands-on learning to prepare students for real-world challenges in cyber security.

Prof. Dr. Hiteksha Tripathi

M.A., Ph.D.

Dr. Hiteksha Tripathi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Hindi, holding an M.A. and Ph.D. in Hindi. With 20 years of teaching experience, she is a highly experienced educator dedicated to promoting Hindi language and literature. Her expertise lies in Hindi studies, and she has contributed significantly through effective teaching, mentoring, and participation in academic activities. She is committed to fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of Hindi among students.

Mamatha R. holds a BBM and M.Com with a specialization in Finance, along with a Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA). She has 4+ years of teaching experience and is currently serving as the Head of the Department (HOD) for BBA. With strong academic and managerial skills, she focuses on business and finance subjects, student guidance, and departmental coordination. Her commitment to quality teaching and mentorship reflects her dedication to academic excellence and leadership.

B.E., M.Tech

Soumya K. M. is a dedicated academic professional with strong qualifications in engineering, holding a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) and a Master of Technology (M.Tech). She brings a balanced blend of industry and academic experience, with 2 years of IT experience and 3 years of non-IT experience as an Assistant Professor. She is currently serving as the Head of the Department (HOD) of BCA, where she oversees academic planning, student development, and departmental activities. With 3+ years of teaching experience, she has been actively involved in guiding undergraduate students and supporting their academic growth. Her technical expertise lies in Software Testing, including Manual Testing and Automation Testing, enabling her to integrate practical, industry-oriented skills into her teaching. She is committed to creating a positive learning environment, encouraging students to gain hands-on experience, and helping them build strong foundations in computing and software quality assurance.
